Because you deserve it.

“Our Evidence based psychotherapy is delivered to help you overcome psychological disorders or problems, improve your relationship with yourself and others, beat addictions, reach new goals, to start living life the life you deserve.”

It’s about Relationships.

Therapy can be so rewarding, but also so difficult. Our team is compassionate, empathetic, understanding and creates a safe, inviting psychotherapy relationship built on trust and respect.

Someone for everyone.

We’ve specifically built our team to serve you and your unique wants and needs in a therapist. Our team comes from diverse backgrounds, has different interests, values and life experiences – so you can find the therapist that fits right for you.

Trauma-Focused.

All of our therapists are specifically trained in modern, evidence-based psychotherapy approaches which help you identify, learn about and heal from traumatic experiences.

Wherever you are – we are.

Psychotherapy – designed to fit into your life. Delivered 100% virtually, so wherever you are – we’re there with you.

What about Kids?

13 + We offer virtual therapy for any youth 13 years and older, with their parents/guardians consent.

12 and under. Any parents seeking psychological support for their kids 12 and under must first attend our Little Hearts Big Support Parenting Skills Group. To learn more about this group click here.

Relationships can be tough

Our couples therapists understand just how difficult relationships can be in 2023. They also know how fulfilling and rewarding they can be when we heal and grow together.

Gottman’s Method

We practice from the Gottman’s Method, where we work with couples to increase closeness and friendship behaviors, address conflict productively through clear communication, and build a life of shared meaning together.

Do we both attend?

Couples  are asked to attend a minimum of four sessions at the outset of therapy. The first session includes both partners, the second and third are individuals and the fourth brings both individuals back into the therapy space to discuss the way forward. Both partners need to be active and engaged in the process, otherwise individual psychotherapy may be the better option.

You’re not alone.

Oftentimes when we’re facing psychological problems or stressors, we feel that we’re the only one that has ever, or will ever feel like we’re feeling. Group psychotherapy proves the exact opposite. We’re all human and we’re all healing, facing life, and learning together.

Stronger together.

Group therapy allows us to learn from one another – not just our therapist, share with one another and support one another. In fact, we’re all designed to face life in this way – together.

Psych-Education

So often we are just lacking a bit of knowledge or skills in a certain area – especially when it comes to managing our mental health. Our therapists specifically design each one of groups to include psych-education – giving you the tools to re-tool your life.

Wherever you are – we are.

We’ve designed group psychotherapy to fit into your life. Delivered 100% virtually, so wherever you are – we’re there with you.
